Welcome to Glewstone Court

Christine and William Reeve-Tucker have owned and personally run the Hotel and Restaurant since 1987, they are justifiably proud of their food and service. We are proud to promote our local farmers and growers and there is always great local food served on the menu; at the moment fresh Cobrey Farm Asparagus, Willowbank Strawberries and Raspberries and Trebandy Farm Beef are featured- all within five miles of the Hotel and Ross on Wye.

Glewstone Court has received numerous awards and accolades over the years and is set amongst fruit orchards in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty overlooking the Wye Valley just five minutes from Ross on Wye, ten minutes from Monmouth and a quarter of an hour from the Royal Forest of Dean which is great for rambling in.. See "Contact" page, and "how to find us" map for exact location.

Glewstone Court is ideally situated for countryside pursuits such as touring and exploring, horse-riding, canoeing or golf, or to simply provide the perfect relaxing break. We welcome children and dogs under control and always do our utmost to make sure that your stay with us will be a happy one.

We are having a very busy summer here at the Court- lots of Celebrations, Weddings and guests generally enjoying the wonderful gardens that are looking their best in this untypically sunny weather.

More personal news is that Christine has finally finished her BA Hons Degree in Fine Art- graduation at Hereford Cathedral complete with gowns and flying caps. It only took her 7 years!

We are in the process of converting the ground floor chapel rooms as suitable accommodation for those of you who cannot manage the stairs too well - these rooms open onto the private walled garden and will have the use of a walk in shower/ bathroom. They will also be suitable for family groups, with two bedrooms, sitting room and bathroom completely separate .
