Tariff & Terms
- £30 deposit per room per night
- There is a 2 Night Stay Minimum for Friday Check-In. Exception due to Events or by agreement with a £10.00 surcharge.
- Check-in from 3.00pm
- Check-out by 11.00am
- Early check-in or Late check-out available: £20 per room
- Additional beds charged at £30.00 per bed per night and includes breakfast.
- No charge for babies in cots.
- Dogs £15 per night, blankets and towels provided.
- Booking of 1 or 2 rooms – 48 hours notice from check-in date.
- Event/block bookings of 3 or more rooms – 7 full days notice from check-in time required.
- For cancellations outside of this every effort will be made to re-let the rooms booked and cancelled, but if we are not able to re-sell your room the full charge for the room will be made.
- Cancellations must be confirmed in writing or by e-mail.
- Cancellation charges will apply irrespective of the reason for the cancellation.
- May we suggest that travel insurance is a prudent option especially when there is a possibility of adverse weather conditions

The consumption of alcohol not purchased on the premises is not permitted.

We require a deposit to secure the booking upon which you are agreeing to. The deposit will be deducted from the final bill on check out. The deposit will be refunded provided you comply with the cancellation policy set out below.
