Our Food and Drink
Herefordshire is a county of rolling hills, rambling river valleys and lush green grass. A true Chefs paradise!
We source as much as we can from local growers and suppliers from Herefordshire, Monmouthshire & Gloucestershire. The area is a Chefs paradise with a plentiful supply of fresh produce providing inspiration for our menus and enabling us to create high quality, imaginative and delicious food.
We offer a set menu at lunchtime between 12pm-2pm and afternoon tea which is served between 3-5pm. In the evenings we offer an a la carte dinner menu and a 6 course menu. On Sunday we offer a traditional Sunday lunch menu.
All of our wines and spirits are specially selected by our Hotel Manager Sam Nicholls assisted by Tanners and aligned with our food offer, customers preferences and market trends. We offer a selection of unusual wines and spirits as well as some produced in the region by a family member.
Our soft drinks, tea and coffee have also been selected with same care and concern for quality, ethically sourcing and production.

Breakfast is served from 08.00am – 10.00am. A booking time is now required as there is no buffet service.
Our Restaurant is open Tuesday-Saturday evening from 6.00pm (last orders 8.30pm)
Sunday lunch is served from 12.00 noon with last orders at 2.30pm.
