What you commit to
- Included
- The Gainsborough Suite, our Honeymoon Suite, is included for each night of your exclusive use of the venue. You do not pay separately for it.
- Minimum booking
- Alongside it are nine guest bedrooms. A minimum of 14 bedrooms across the two nights you are with us must be booked, in addition to the Honeymoon Suite. Your guests book and pay for their own rooms at the rates below.
These rates are the only published rates for accommodation at Glewstone Court. They are not in the wedding brochure, so this page is always the current version.
- Nine guest bedroomsOne is conveniently located on the ground floor; three can be configured as twin rooms, and five are king rooms, some of which can accommodate extra beds, allowing up to 30 guests to stay comfortably in the house.
- Check in and check outOvernight guests are welcome to check in from 3:00pm. Check out is at 10:30am.
- Breakfast includedA cooked and continental breakfast is included in the room prices, served in the Morning Room between 8:30am and 9:30am.
- Extra beds and travel cotsWe have eight extra beds and a toddler bed that can be placed in any suitable room. A travel cot can be added to any room except the Landon and the Farquaad. Extra beds carry a supplement, travel cots are free of charge.

The Gainsborough Suite
The Gainsborough Suite offers an abundance of natural light and space for you to relax and enjoy the views of the orchards and rolling countryside, with a magnificent emperor bed to ensure a wonderfully restful night.

The Wordsworth Room
Large superior room at the front of the house with a luxury king size bed and luxurious bathroom. This is the next best room in the house, with the best view of the 500-year-old Cedar of Lebanon tree. It is often chosen by a partner staying separately the night before the wedding. This room is also suitable for families and can accommodate one (or two) extra single beds for a small additional fee.

The Tennyson Suite
The Tennyson Suite is situated on the ground floor and has approximately 600 square feet of living space, featuring two separate bedrooms that share an ensuite bathroom. One bedroom contains a Super King bed, which can be converted into twin beds if needed. Additionally, this room has the potential to accommodate two extra beds. The second bedroom contains a Double bed. This suite is ideal for families due to its layout and flexibility in bedding arrangements.

Beyond the three featured suites, seven more rooms are spread across the house, each individually styled. The Keats, Austen and Byron rooms are dog-friendly. Altogether, the house sleeps up to thirty guests, using every room at its full occupancy with additional beds where needed.
The Shelley Room
Garden view king sized bed at the front of the house with a walk-in shower. Can take one extra bed.
The Reynolds Room
Garden view super king at the front of the house with a walk in shower. Can also be arranged as twin.
The Keats Room
Comfortable super king at the back of the house with a bath and shower over. Rural view of the orchard. Can be arranged as a twin, and can take one extra bed.

The Austen Room
Comfortable orchard view king sized bed at the back of the house with a walk in shower.

The Byron Room
King size bed at the back of the house with a newly refurbished ensuite with large shower. Peaceful view. The Byron can sleep up to four with extra beds added.

The Landon Room
Small double bed with ensuite shower and a view over the back field. This room is a double only, it cannot be set up as a twin or a single.
The Farquaad Room
A single or snug double room without view but finished to a very high standard with 32-inch flat screen TV, underfloor heating, walk-in shower, USB sockets and 4'6 comfortable double bed. Please note when booking that this is the smallest room in the house and the entrance to the ensuite is very restricted via a bi-fold door. For that reason the Farquaad is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
