No hidden extras and no guesswork. Each of our all-inclusive packages is priced for 50 day and evening guests, with a simple per-person rate if your guest list grows. We seat up to 80 inside the house, and can arrange a marquee on the lawn for up to 150. Prefer a smaller, later celebration? The Twilight Package was designed for exactly that.
Four packages.
One for every time of year.
Fires lit, candlelit rooms and the house dressed for the season. Two days of exclusive use at our gentlest prices of the year.
Spring blossom or autumn colour in the gardens, with two full days to enjoy them. The best of both seasons.
High summer at Glewstone. Long evenings on the lawn, the orchard in leaf and the Courtyard Bar in full swing.
Arrive from 2pm, celebrate until midnight and stay the night. Designed for couples who want a later, more relaxed day.
Winter, Blossom
and Orchard.
The venue. Exclusive use of the house and grounds for two days. Tables, Chiavari chairs, crockery, cutlery, glassware, white table linen, a cake knife and stand, and an optional floral display are all included, along with an 11pm finish, extendable to midnight for an additional charge.
The Honeymoon Suite. Our Gainsborough Suite, the finest room in the house, is yours for both nights and included in the package price.
Your coordinators. A dedicated wedding coordinator will be by your side on the day, and a senior coordinator will help you plan your wedding.
The food. Choose your wedding breakfast: the three-course Penyard menu, a hot fork buffet, an Indian-inspired banquet, a hog feasting menu or a BBQ (BBQ excluding Winter). In the evening, tuck into Herefordshire sausages or bacon in a brioche bun, served with condiments. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are always available.
The drinks. A welcome drink of a mimosa, bottled beer or soft drink for every guest, a glass of house wine with the wedding breakfast and a glass of Prosecco for the toasts.
Guest numbers. All packages are based on a minimum of 50 guests, day and evening, which is what the starting prices above reflect. Additional guests are charged at a simple per-person rate.
The Twilight
Package.
Designed for couples who want to celebrate later in the day, with a more relaxed feel. Available from January to April and September to December.
The venue. Exclusive use of the house and grounds from 2pm, with an overnight stay on the night of your wedding. An informal table set-up with Chiavari chairs, relaxed seating, crockery, cutlery, glassware, white table linen, a cake knife and stand, and an optional floral display, with a midnight finish as standard.
The Honeymoon Suite. Our Gainsborough Suite, the finest room in the house, is included for the night of your wedding.
Your coordinators. The same as every Glewstone wedding: a dedicated wedding coordinator by your side on the day, and a senior coordinator to help you plan.
The food. Choose from a hot fork buffet, an Indian-inspired banquet, a hog feasting menu or a BBQ (excluding Winter).
The drinks. Your choice of welcome drink and toast drink for every guest, selected from our package drinks list.

Imagine arriving at Glewstone Court the day before your wedding, with plenty of time to relax, soak in the atmosphere, and enjoy some quality time with your closest family and friends. Many of our couples love the extra time to:
- Host a relaxed, pre-wedding dinner. Our talented Head Chef can create a delicious family-style meal the night before. It’s the perfect opportunity for guests to break the ice and settle in before the celebrations.
- Wake up onsite and unwind before the big day. No rushing around! Enjoy a morning in our luxury Honeymoon Suite, complete with bubbles to get ready in style.
- Give your guests a more relaxed experience. Early room access means they can settle in and enjoy the build-up, making the whole celebration feel more intimate and seamless.
- Exclusive Use, giving you FULL privacy. You’ll have the entire venue to yourselves for 2 days, ensuring a private, stress-free environment from start to finish.
- Prices are based on 50 guests, day and evening. You can add guests at a simple per-person rate, and add upgrades to any package.
- Packages may be booked for fewer than 50 guests, but the package price stays the same, to meet our minimum spend.
- Your party is required to book a minimum of five guest bedrooms per night, in addition to the included Honeymoon Suite. Bedroom charges are not included in the package price. See our accommodation page for rooms and rates.
- The Winter Package excludes Christmas, New Year and associated bank-holiday dates.
- Packages are available for new bookings only.

Your package includes everything you need. These are the extras couples love to add.
Elevated Menus
Upgrade your wedding breakfast to the Wilton menu for £9pp or the Goodrich menu for £19pp, or add a second choice per course for £7.50pp.
Drinks Upgrades
Swap your welcome drink for Prosecco from £3pp, Pimm’s, Crémant or Champagne, or upgrade your table wine from £7pp, with local vineyard options.
Evening Food
Trade your baps for pizza at £6pp, street food or a grazing table at £8pp, a hog roast at £8.50pp or a courtyard BBQ at £11pp.
Canapés & Stations
Canapés from £3.95 each, food stations from £5pp, from mini bao buns to a slider bar, and an oyster bar at £6pp.
A Later Night
Extend the venue and bar to midnight for £300, or open the Courtyard Bar from 7:30pm to 10:30pm for £150.
The Day Before
On two-day hires, welcome early arrivals with sandwiches or cream teas from £12pp, or host a pre-wedding dinner from £22pp.
